Right out of college Troy held a job at Met Life for 7 years before launching his career as a broker. During his time there he knew he wanted to come back to the town he was born and raised in, to be a pillar in the community. In 2007 Troy and Tammy Garrison merged together to form Garrison-Rhoads & Associates.
